As an experienced Licensed Social Worker, I am committed to helping preteens, adolescents (ages 10-17), millennials, and families decrease feelings of depression, anxiety, everyday stress, and family conflict. I am trained in evidence-based clinical interventions that I will use to fit your individual or families’ particular needs. I work with all ages of young people and families who have experienced trauma or challenging times in their lives.
