Therapy with me is equal parts hype woman/real talk. I'm a licensed clinical social worker in Illinois & Ohio who specializes in OCD, anxiety, trauma, and attachment. I believe healing happens in a space where you can feel fully human without judgement. Therapy should be a meaningful conversation, not just a clinical checklist. As a lifelong musician & artist, I also honor the power of creativity in the healing process, bringing curiosity, humor, and insight into our work.
