Hi, I'm Addie! I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, post-partum, relational challenges and career counseling. I offer an animal-assisted approach with my therapy dog, Percy, upon request. I enjoy having the privilege of supporting women through trauma, postpartum depression and anxiety, and life transitions. I am passionate about helping couples strengthen and get the most out of their marriages and supporting clients through life changes. I also have experience working with survivors of spiritual abuse. I greatly enjoy helping clients learn new things about themselves and deepen their emotional and self-awareness. I offer faith-based counseling through a Christian perspective for clients who would like that approach, and I am certified to provide animal-assisted therapy with my dog, Percy.
