I work with both children (ages 5 and up) and adults, assisting individuals and families in addressing ADHD, depression, anxiety, oppositional behaviors, relational issues, and past trauma. I assist families in improving communication patterns, highlighting positives, and identifying areas of growth within the family unit. I am passionate about working to create solutions, process emotions, and develop coping skills to support the child as well as the family. I enjoy watching my clients grow and make progress to meet their short and long term goals.
