Addy believes that people are made up of different (emotional, intellectual, relational, and spiritual) components that make them whole. The process of understanding how these pieces fit together is important to healthier boundaries and relationships. She provides insight and skills while walking along side of her client(s). She is trained in Brainspotting and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), trauma specific modalities. She works with teens, young adults, college students, complex family dynamics, and adults.
