Addy is an independently licensed professional counselor (LPC) and has earned a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northern Arizona University. She utilizes and integrates a variety of therapy modalities and approaches, primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and is EMDR trained to address numerous concerns including trauma processing, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, and more. Addy works diligently to empower individuals to grow through a person-centered perspective and a trauma-informed lens.
