If you are struggling with your mental health, maintaining stable relationships with your partner, friends or family, been put on several medications with no relief or change in sight and can't seem to find headway, help is available for you! I initially trained as a psychiatrist in Nigeria, developing a strong foundation in mental health care before relocating to the U.S. I also hold a PhD in Kinesiology. I have worked across a range of clinical settings, including inpatient psychiatry, community mental health, and primary care, providing comprehensive support to individuals, couples, and families.
