I believe there is a light at the end of everyone's tunnel, some people just have longer tunnels. My role is to work with you and remind you of the tools that you have in your toolbox so you can find the light within your tunnel. I have over 10 years of experience working with teens, adolescents, couples, and families who have experienced a myriad of life stressors and disorders. From anxiety, depression, conduct disorder, ODD, relational and marriage issues, substance use, trauma, and phase of life issues, I am able to help. This journey we call life can feel like a lot, but nothing is impossible with the right tools.
