My counseling philosophy is based on listening closely and helping you work through some of the issues that may be holding you back. I always respect my clients' background and history that may be hard for anyone else to fully understand. Generally the answers to set you free are found within yourself. One of the great benefits of counseling is that, often times, my clients find tremendous freedom just by making insightful realizations with the help of someone with clinical knowledge. The most fulfilling days are those in which my clients report relief from distraction and newfound happiness. In working with addicted persons, many of whom endured tremendous difficulties in life, I used therapeutic techniques to help them promote the highest level of positive mental health.
