Hi! Welcome to my profile! My name is Adela Low, and I am a Counselor-in-Training completing my clinical training in mental health counseling at Lillybrook Counseling Services. I work under supervision and am deeply committed to ethical, compassionate, and client-centered care. With over 15 years of experience in the business world, I understand the burnout of high-functioning, over-responsible individuals, the life transitions coming from career change or relocation and the identity exploration and rebuilding after disruption. I believe healing begins when we feel safe enough to tell the truth, about our pain, our fears, and the parts of ourselves we learned to hide for surviving purposes. Therapy with me is about creating space to understand yourself with more compassion, clarity, and choice.
