Therapist. Educator. Healer. With over two decades of experience as an educator and deep roots in my Afro-Latino heritage, I bring a rich understanding of culture, resilience, and transformation to my work as a therapist. I know what it means to hold many roles: mother, teacher, advocate, and therapist, and how those layers shape the way we move through the world. This lived experience grounds my practice in empathy, strength, and authenticity. My goal is to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to heal.
