In my practice I have worked with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Talk therapy can provide a safe place to explore the issues most important to the individual(s), and I believe that clients should always feel in charge of their own therapy. Your agenda is my agenda, and you can set the pace which is comfortable for you. I am here to help you to explore your issues and to achieve your goals. I am experienced in a wide variety of modalities and I can tailor your therapy depending upon what works best for you, My approach with each individual or couple is person-centered, to listen openly and non-judgementally, and to foster a supportive therapeutic relationship in which the clients feel safe and accepted. With that foundation we can explore the issues which the client or couple wants to address and develop a plan for hope and positive change.
