I would be deeply honored to provide support and guidance, as we work together, to help you navigate the stresses in your life or in your adolescent's life. I am a former teacher with over 20 years' experience working with children, adolescents, families, & adults. I am experienced in both short and longer-term interventions and in diagnosing and treating children, adolescents, families, and adults. I utilize an integrated approach that includes CBT, family systems, & psychodynamic therapy.
