Hi there! Welcome to Story Shifters. My name is Adelia Davis, and I am a licensed clinical social worker who works with children, adolescents, and families, with a focus on anxiety, trauma, and emotional regulation. I am passionate about helping clients give voice to their family narratives and shift patterns that no longer serve them, while building practical, evidence-based skills for lasting change. My work is rooted in compassion and curiosity, and I believe healing happens when young people and caregivers feel heard, understood, and empowered to reshape the stories they hold about themselves and their experiences.
