I specialize in fostering healthy family dynamics and building self-worth, healthy boundaries, and mind-body awareness. Together, we’ll create a safe, supportive space for personal growth, healing, and meaningful, lasting change. I offer support through CBT, EFIT, and play therapy to help individuals and families navigate anxiety, depression, ASD, ADHD, and trauma. I’m trained in perinatal mood disorders to assist with parenthood transitions and use EFT to guide couples and individuals through life's challenges, fostering healing and lasting change.
