Develop capacity and capability to meet life's challenges and shift from coping to vibrant living. In our time together, we will work on restoring the trust, confidence and sense of self often depleted as a result of chronic stress, trauma, life experiences and unresponsive therapy. I specialize in complex and attachment related trauma, ADHD, C-PTSD as well as autism, from a relational and somatic perspective using EMDR, ACT, Brainspotting and EFT.
