Welcome. I’m glad you are here and taking an important step toward finding the right therapist. Perhaps you have been facing significant challenges for a while, are unsure how to cope with certain life stressors, or just want to know yourself better. Either way, you do not have to walk this path alone. Our work will focus on your experience and creating ways to navigate the world more effectively. I do this by creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment through listening without judgment and working collaboratively. My therapeutic style is integrative and warm.
