Many of the clients who find their way to my practice come in feeling overwhelmed, unsure of what’s really going on, and worried they may be missing something important. I offer a calm, thoughtful space to slow things down and make sense of patterns that feel confusing or exhausting. My work focuses on helping kids, teens, and families understand what’s driving anxiety, behavior challenges, or learning struggles, and then building practical, realistic strategies that actually fit real life. I take a collaborative, straightforward approach. No jargon, no judgment, just clear guidance, skill-building, and support that helps families.
