I am a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master of Advanced Study in Marriage and Family Therapy, a Bachelor of Science in Family and Human Development, and a minor in Psychology. I have experience working with individuals across the lifespan and from diverse backgrounds. I have advanced training in Brainspotting, EMDR Therapy, Prepare/Enrich assessments, and infidelity disclosure work. My approach to therapy is collaborative and grounded in an authentic, supportive therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore challenges and reconnect with your inner strengths.
