I view therapy as a collaborative process rooted in the belief that feeling heard, understood, and supported is the first step toward healing. Together, we will work to create a warm, affirming space where you can safely explore life, emotions, relationships, and any challenges that arise. I practice from a person-centered and trauma-informed perspective and believe that therapy should not be confined to a single modality. Instead I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches to thoughtfully tailor therapy to each individual’s unique needs.
