I specialize in complex trauma, recovery after narcissistic abuse, depression, and anxiety. I value a root level approach where we get down to core wounds and explore how your nervous system adapted to its environment. This sort of deep knowing of self sets the stage for transformational work that empowers you to shift out of automatic patterns and ways of being that are no longer serving you. I’m most effective working with those who are open minded, ready for a bit of work, and are curious about themselves and their journey. I’m transparent and down to earth and as logical and practical as I am intuitive. With 15 years of experience in this field, I have a good sense of what approaches are effective and how to meet you where you’re at in your journey. I use parts work, neuroscience, and a somatic focus to help you learn how to reparent yourself with safety, compassion, and self trust.
