Effective 2/02/2026 - I have immediate openings and I am in-network with several insurance companies - My ideal clients are couples and teens as couples are navigating the complexities of their relationships and emotional wellbeing, while teens often seek support during periods of identity exploration, peer pressure, academic stress, or family conflicts. I’m drawn to working with both couples and teens because these are pivotal stages of emotional development, often in need of guidance as they face life transitions and emotional hurdles. By helping them improve communication, develop healthier coping mechanisms, and deepen their connections, I empower them to create a more fulfilling, balanced life.
