I work with individuals, couples and families, with special focus on middle age and older adults; intergenerational trauma; complex & ambiguous grief & loss; postpartum & fertility issues; financial & medical trauma & addiction recovery. My approach is integrative, anchored in strengths-based and somatic approaches, building on the inner resources that support each client to strive towards short and long term life goals. Also holding a yoga therapy certification and training as an end-of-life and birth doula, I provide holistic support to clients throughout the life cycle, focusing on life's most challenging moments and transitions.
