l have provided mental health services in rural MN for over 9 years. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC, supervisor) and Registered Play Therapist (RPT-S). I can meet via Telemed or in person. I work with children 3 and older, couples, and individuals. One of my specialties is using play therapy to help children. I have successfully worked with teens and families most of my career. I help couples improve their relationships using the Gottman Method. I use BrainSpotting, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to treat trauma.
