Hi! My name is Adlin, and I would love to help you on your journey to learn more about yourself while addressing your mental health needs. It can be an exhausting experience to feel stuck, alone, and go day to day feeling like you can't shut your brain off. Especially when we're constantly worried and stressed about tomorrow, but also looking back. If you're battling with anxiety, grief, PTSD, or experiencing any of life’s many hardships, I would like to help you identify safe and healthy ways of processing and healing. I can also help address healthy communication needs, anger and stress management, and trauma related symptoms.
