My name is Little, They-Them: I am a Queer Latine Indigenous LMFT-Certified Professional Coach. I have been working with children & families since 1998. I began my work on the east coast but have been in the SF Bay Area since 2005 my primary focus on supporting QBIPOC youth, families- elders. Most of my roles have been in non-profit agencies or schools as a crisis clinician- consultant. My therapeutic approach: is rooted in harm reduction- trauma informed care, centering BIPOC cultural connections, destigmatizing labels and diagnoses with a decolonized Anti Ableist framework focusing on the person/s seeking help as a collaboration. I have a background in Expressive Arts Therapies (CIIS) the use of tools such as photography, nature, sports, art, music, personal intersections- culturally significant exploration, to encourage individual creativity as an instrument to healing. Modality: Non Traditional I have a strong linkage-collborativ style, strive to help match resources to needs
