My name is Adrea Zaleski, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Approved Clinical Supervisor. I work with individuals and couples navigating the challenges and transitions that life brings. Many of my clients carry the weight of past experiences, relationship struggles, or the stress of change, and they want relief, clarity, and connection. Through a systemic lens, I help clients reflect on the past, cope with the present, and set meaningful goals for the future. I believe the power to grow and heal is already within each person, and therapy can create the supportive space needed to embrace that journey. My training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, EFT, and the Gottman Method helps clients heal from trauma and strengthen relationships. Alongside my role as a clinician, I also guide and support our team of 12 dedicated, trauma-informed therapists.
