I believe that therapy is a collaborative process dedicated to helping people live their best lives. My role as a therapist is to explore your emotional, physical, spiritual, and life experience in a supportive and caring environment and work with you to help produce positive growth and change. I work with children, teens, and adults dealing with a variety of concerns, from mood and behavior disorders to academic issues to grief and loss.
