Whether new to therapy or returning, I understand the desire for change and need to be heard. Youth struggling with their identity, trauma, interpersonal/family conflicts, and or academics are in need of tools, regular support, and acceptance as they navigate an increasingly complicated world. Parents, new to the role or with years of experience, also deserve support, encouragement, and space to be individuals and process the challenges of home in order to further grow as caregivers. Everyone regardless of race, sex, gender, age, or religion deserves to be treated with compassion, respect, and dignity.
