Hello, I'm Adrian. Life shouldn’t be about surviving; it should be about enjoying every moment you were given. I want to help you feel like you again, and I believe therapy can help you accomplish this. Therapy with me is a collaborative process where we work together to improve the overall quality of your life. We'll identify the root causes of your anxiety, depression, and other factors that may impede your ability to enjoy life to the fullest. Beyond identifying root causes, we'll incorporate elements of Client-Centered Therapy, CBT, DB I have five years of experience in mental health, graduating with my MSW in 2019. I then went on to earn my LCSW, allowing me to start practicing one-on-one therapy with people like you. What I enjoy most about being a mental health professional is watching others make positive changes in their lives.
