In a safe, non-judgmental, and collaborative setting, I aim to assist clients to feel empowered, resilient, self-accepted, and better equipped to handle life's varying stressors. I am honored to be in the position of assisting clients to thrive. My ideal client is an adult (18 y/o - 64 y/o); And I often work with clients facing a variety of life challenges such as self-esteem issues, grief, life transitions, work related stress, parenting challenges, among other challenges - that can manifest themselves as excessive worry or sadness, and/or not feeling seen or understood.
