As an associate marriage and family therapist, I believe in empowering individuals to turn on the light that can guide them into the journey of taking ownership of their lives. By being compassionate and providing a judgment-free safe space, individuals and couples can come to an understanding of the cycles and patterns that are holding them back. As a Hispanic therapist, I understand the struggle of my community to embrace the importance of mental health care and address this by providing culturally sensitive support that can make a significant difference in their healing journey.
