I specialize in treating anxiety, grief, trauma, and helping people navigate health-related concerns (e.g., health anxiety, endometriosis and reproductive issues, etc). I enjoy working with teens and young adults, especially those who experience major life transitions and want to explore parts of their identity. As a Puerto Rico native, I also have interest in working with cultural concerns, and can provide therapy in English and/or Spanish.
