My approach weaves talk therapy with energy healing (as a separate service) to support your mind, body, and spirit. I also offer group therapy as another way where connection, healing, and community help you feel seen and empowered. I draw from a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to your unique needs. I have extensive experience working with people from diverse racial and spiritual backgrounds, including those healing from religious trauma and toxic relationships.
