Hello, and welcome. I'm a licensed mental health therapist with a deep passion for supporting children, adolescents and their families through life's challenges. With fluency in English, Spanish, and Italian, I offer culturally sensitive, multilingual care that meets young people where they are emotionally, developmentally and linguistically. Before entering the field of mental health, I spent several years as a journalist, a role that sharpened my curiosity about people and strengthened my ability to truly listen. That foundation in storytelling and communication now helps me connect more meaningfully with clients and foster trust In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing.
