I help people alleviate uncomfortable feelings, gain insight, and increase coping skills to overcome stress, anxiety, depression and life transitions (such as relocation, career transitions). Part of being human means that you will struggle at some point with unproductive thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, or unexpectedly have to manage something life throws your way. Clients I work with are motivated to develop advanced life skills to increase their self-confidence, communication, decision making and boundary setting skills. As well as optimize their emotional health/ well-being and are seeking tools to assist them in the process.
