We may all come to a moment in our lives where we question ourselves. We question if our thoughts are accurate, if our feelings align with the moment, and if our behaviors are appropriate. Because we may become consumed with these questions and have trouble finding the answers, I am here to help. My name is Adriana Jones, and my pronouns are she/her/hers. I am here to provide guidance with whatever it is that you are struggling with - distressing thoughts, intense emotions, unwanted behaviors, etc. We can process our troubles, learn skills, and begin to understand how to deal with it all.
