Life can throw a lot at us, whether it’s anxiety, sadness, stress, unresolved trauma, major life transitions, or the quiet ache of feeling “not good enough.” You may feel stuck, exhausted, or unsure of how to move forward. Whatever you’re carrying, you don’t have to face it alone. As a clinical therapist, I strive to create a warm, compassionate space where you feel safe, seen, and understood. Therapy with me is collaborative as we move at your pace with your goals in mind. I’m passionate about helping adults navigate emotional overwhelm and uncover how past experiences shape present patterns. As the founder of Peace By Piece Therapy, my goal is to guide you toward clarity and help you move forward with self-awareness, purpose and most importantly, peace.
