I use evidence based practices such as ACT, CBT, EFT to work with clients who are experiencing hardships or just want to rediscover themselves. I help clients navigate past trauma, get to the root cause of the worries they are experiencing, develop a healthier lifestyle, understand their racing thoughts, get back their confidence, feel in control of their lives, and take on any challenge with their head held high.
