Hi! My name is Adriana Olalla. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Activist passionate about mental health, community and self-care, the arts, and social justice. I am based in San Diego and work with folx across California using Telehealth. In therapy, I use an attachment and systemic lens and anchor in an integrated approach centering the needs, strengths, and goals of each individual/family. I harness my creativity and passion for advocacy to navigate various systems to help reach the best outcomes.
