I am a bilingual (English & Spanish) Licensed Social Worker in Illinois, providing individual psychotherapy to teens and adults. I support clients navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, grief, acculturation stress, identity exploration, and trauma through a culturally responsive and affirming lens. I am proud to serve the Latinx, LGBTQ+ and immigrant communities. As a Latina mental health professional, I understand how important it is to feel seen, heard, and understood; especially in spaces that have not always been welcoming or supportive.
