My purpose as a therapist is to foster resilience and openness within my clients. I aim to do this by creating a supportive and safe place where they can carefully explore their challenges and strengths. Through an integrative approach rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Reality Therapy techniques, my mission is to encourage clients to challenge limiting patterns, build healthier perspectives, and develop practical skills to adapt to life's demands. My goal is to empower each person to move toward a more positive lifestyle and achieve the personal or relational goals most meaningful to them.
