Hi there, I'm Adriana! My name is Adriana Sanchez, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Hypnotherapist (CHt) based in San Diego, California and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with individuals 12 yrs. and older and specialize in anxiety and depression, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness help relieve physical and emotional symptoms. I have found that my style and approach is effective with individuals of all ages experiencing stress from a life event or the everyday pressures.
