I am passionate about supporting individuals navigating symptoms of trauma, anxiety, codependency, ADHD, grief, and more. I believe that one's perceptions and stories about themselves and their environment is the key to understanding their mental and emotional state. Increasing awareness, acceptance, curiosity and distress tolerance, and taking a different viewpoint can unlock the secret to contentment. However, this is likely only truly possible after processing traumas and past experiences that have shaped one's conceptual point of view. I am EMDR trained and IFS informed, and I lean on these techniques to facilitate deep healing.
