Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over seven years of experience. I earned my master's degree from Virginia Commonwealth University (go Rams), where I developed a deep commitment to providing compassionate and effective care. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages, from children to adults, and helping them navigate a wide range of challenges, including chronic illness, life transitions, anxiety, and depression. In the first session, I'll focus on getting to know you by asking questions about your life, current challenges, and reasons for seeking therapy. My goal is to establish a comfortable and trusting environment where you feel at ease. We'll also discuss the expectations for treatment and ensure you feel comfortable with both myself and the therapeutic process.
