Hi there, I'm Adrianne! "In a world where you can be anything, be kind!" Hello all! My name is Adrianne Garrett and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the beautiful state of Alabama. I currently work with Adults who have severe mental health crises. I also have experience working with children and adolescents who have severe mental health diagnoses. I truly believe that person-centered focus therapy is the best approach for me. It allows the clients to take charge of their space and become more aware of their behaviors. When people are aware of their behaviors, they are able to make the necessary changes needed to recover.
