Through a process of building a safe, accepting, affirming and non-judgemental environment, he works with you by collaborating to help you achieve personal growth and set life-changing goals. He believes in the capacity for YOU to live YOUR best life. I became a therapist because I believe that everyone deserves to have a gentle, non-judgemental listening ear while attempting to problem solve some of life's most difficult moments. For me, the therapeutic relationship is a special connection that allows for creativity, exploration, discovery, and empowerment.
