I've been to therapy. Whether it’s the first time in treatment or to start a new therapeutic relationship all over again, I know that the search for a person who is a complete stranger at first, and one whom you would share your most inner thoughts and fears with can be daunting. It is difficult. But it is possible. As a therapist, I pride myself in building relationships with my clients. Real relationships that are open, engaged and unconditionally caring, but ones that seek truth.
