In today’s fast-paced world filled with screens, pressures, and responsibilities, I help clients build self-esteem, strengthen social skills, and regulate emotions. I offer individual therapy, family sessions, and parent coaching. I utilize a neurodiversity affirming approach as everyone is welcome in my office. The new year brings about new awareness.
