I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania and New Jersey who is National Board Certified in Counseling. With over a decade of experience in private practice working with adults, families, couples, teens, and young adults. I work with individual needs that can include women's health, narcissistic abuse recovery, relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, stress and coping skills, issues related to identity/ self-esteem, peer relationships, social awareness, ADHD, issues with school and work settings. In addition to these services I enjoy helping people by providing relationship coaching, and parenting coaching.
